Are these buildings 100% steel?
While some companies may offer steel buildings that are comprised of tube steel or traditional wood framing, every BSB building is quality constructed from 100% structural steel I-Beams. When we say our buildings are built to last, we mean it.
Should I hire a contractor?
Additional Information
Bonneville Steel Buildings post and beam buildings is the most cost
effective option for a new building. The frames are constructed with
wood and the exterior is sheeted with 28 gauge panels. They do not
require a complex concrete foundation or interior slabs. Additional frost
protection is suggested if an interior slab is needed. The columns are
placed on a concrete pier that is typically 2’ diameter x 4’ deep. The
columns we use have a 45 year manufacturer warranty and all of our
buildings are engineered for local snow and wind loads. Typically, these
buildings are not insulated but we do offer insulation packages if
requested.
